Engage in 1-on-1 sessions with our professional coaches with years of leadership and team experience. Sessions are 40 minutes, entirely confidential, and customized uniquely to fit your needs and professional goals. This includes preference between meeting online or in-person.
Partnership
High Performance Teams - Discover how each team member can best contribute to the team goals. Get the right people in the right place.We offer direct, concise, and relevant training on a variety of topics for your team. The training is fast-paced and interactive, with a focus on engagement and investment in the process.
Purpose
Strategic Planning - Build a clear focus for the future, nailing down a ten-year target, a three-year picture, and achievable one-year goals. We effectively facilitate discussion and planning around issues critical to organizational success through time-tested training materials and emphasizing team buy-in toward the goals of the group.

Meet Our Team
Under Brian’s leadership, several organizations have doubled in size. He loves when an organization has a clear focus and everyone is participating from a place of strength and joy.
Brian is the Executive Director of Coach Approach Ministries and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He has been coaching leaders since 2010.
Kayla supervised 40 employees across 5 sites in her last leadership position. She loves seeing teams align and move forward together.
Kayla teaches leadership at Eastern Illinois University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified Working Genius consultant.
