Leadership Pathway

2024 Cohort

Purpose:

To provide ten Coles County developing leaders with a pathway program to increase their leadership capacity throughout 2024.  The pathway begins with leading self, then leading others, and builds to leading teams. 

Delivery Tools:  

  • Leadership assessment

  • Monthly leadership pathway group training

  • Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Resources to supplement training and application

Delivery Cost:

$6,000 or $600 per month. (Ask about non-profit discount.)

Process:

Spots are limited! Prospective participants will apply for the program. Applications will be accepted through Thursday, November 30, 2023.  Interviews will be held in December.  Program begins January 2024.

Participant Requirements for Successful Development:

  1. Clarity of Goal – Training and coaching are “from/to”. We help create awareness about the from/to gap and design a plan to bridge that gap with accountability.

  2. Introspection – Transformative growth occurs at a deep level. Leaders must be willing to be open and honest in the process.

  3. Contribution – Leaders must be willing to take their development from awareness to transformation through contribution.

    (These topics are tentative and adaptable to the needs of the group. )
